No Refund Policy • All services are final. • No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, premature lash loss, allergic reactions, or changes of mind. There is a $35 rescheduling fee when you reschedule your appointment the same day if I can replace your slot, if not your appointment is considered canceled. Please cancel appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Canceling your appointment is a 55% fee unless you do it within 24hrs. ⸻ Fixes & Touch-Ups • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment with clear photos. • Complimentary fixes (if approved) must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment. • Fixes are offered at the sole discretion of the lash artist. ⸻ Client Interference & Aftercare • Excessive brushing, pulling, picking, rubbing, sleeping on lashes, improper aftercare, or exposure to steam/water before 24 hours will result in lash loss and voids any fix or touch-up. • Lash loss caused by client manipulation is not the responsibility of Lash Intimacy Studios. ⸻ Allergic Reactions • Lash Intimacy Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions. • Clients with sensitivities must request a patch test at least 48 hours in advance. • Removal due to irritation or allergy does not qualify for a refund. ⸻ Fills & Maintenance • Fills are accepted only if 50% or more of the extensions remain on each eye. • Excessive lash loss will require a full set, not a fill. After 4 weeks it is a full set, no exceptions ⸻ Honesty at Booking • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when booking. • Failure to disclose prior negative experiences, bans, or issues with this studio may result in immediate termination of service without refund. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service • Lash Intimacy Studios reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: • Repeated dissatisfaction • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior • Policy violations • Client interference with extensions • Terminated services do not qualify for refunds. Only one extra guest is allowed and they must be 12+ years old, all clients much be 16 or older and parent permission provided if under 18. ⸻ Liability • Lash Intimacy Studios is not responsible for lash loss due to lifestyle, aftercare, hormonal changes, medications, skin conditions, or client handling of extensions. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Lash Intimacy Studios policies.
